Phang Nga Bay many different locations
are easily
reachable by long tail boat white beaches and corals
on
small uninhabited islands, limestone cliffs ad hidden caves,
tidal lagoons and rocks covered by jungle, channals and riyers
though mangrove forests, birds neste gethering and local fisherman.

*FROM PHUKET: Many boats a day leave from BANG RONG pier 20 min. from Phuket Airport.
( about 1 boat every hour , starting at 8.00 p.m to 17.00 p.m) .
*FROM KRABI: 2 boats a day leave from TA LEN pier 30 min. from Krabi Airport.
( timetable: 11 a. m. and 13 p.m.) also arriving to Koh Yao Noi in about 1 hour.
*FROM PHANG-NGA: 1 boat a day leaves around midday from Ta Dan . Pier 20 min. from Phang nga Bustation.

Features
Most of Koh Yao area is occupied by a hill in the north. It
consists of coastal valley plains. The inhabitants utilize these
areas for agricultural purposes such as coconut, rubber and
cashew nut plantations. Koh Yao is suitable for tourism.

As it is located in the sea, the climate on Koh
Yao is very comfortable. Rainfall is in the midrange all year
round. North Eastern winds blow in during May to September.
However, the temperature remains at 21-31 degree Celcius all
year.
